Return policy
All sales are final once the order is shipped. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipping process. Any disputes should be addressed with the shipping company.
Please allow additional time for shipping as covid-19 may impact delivery times.
Refunds
If you would like to cancel an order before it’s shipped, your order will be subject to a 10% processing fee. Please email us at info@HoloSQ.com with your order information to see if your order is eligible for cancellation. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
