Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, sealed products, and other hobby merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL once an order has been shipped.

HOLOSQ does NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for shipped orders, including but not limited to:

• Changes of mind or accidental purchases

• Market price fluctuations after purchase

• Products that have been opened or had their factory seal altered or removed

• Buyer dissatisfaction with the contents, pulls, or condition of cards obtained from sealed products

• Minor cosmetic imperfections to product packaging that do not affect the contents of the product

If you receive an incorrect item, are missing an item, or your order arrives materially damaged, please contact HOLOSQ as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos of the product and shipping packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Orders that have not yet shipped may be eligible for cancellation at HOLOSQ's discretion. Pre-order products are subject to our separate Pre-Order Policy and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
