• All pre-order sales are final. Pre-orders are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE once your order has been placed.

• Release dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer or distributor and are subject to change without notice. HOLOSQ is not responsible for manufacturer or distributor delays.

• Pre-order products are typically shipped or made available for pickup within 3–5 business days of the official release date, subject to product arrival and distributor fulfillment.

• Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock products will ship together once all products in the order are available. If you would like in-stock products shipped separately, please place a separate order.

• In the event that HOLOSQ receives a manufacturer or distributor allocation that prevents us from fulfilling your order, affected quantities will be refunded.
